Who is Gioqo?

Gioqo is a small family business, founded in 2019 in Amsterdam, that curates educational toys for children worldwide with a mission to replace children's excessive screen time.

What is the delivery time?

  • USA: 2 weeks
  • Australia - Australian Post: 3-4 weeks
  • Rest of Europe & worldwide : 3-5 weeks

How much are the shipping costs?

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $40. Shipping costs vary per country and are calculated at checkout.

What is the processing time?

The order processing time is 1-3 days.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you would like to cancel or make a change to your order, please contact us within 24 hours after you made the order. No cancellation or changes could be applied to the order once it goes into preparation for delivery.

How can I get my tracking number?

All orders have a track & trace link. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. If you didn't receive the shipping confirmation e-mail, please contact support on info@gioqo.com.

Where do you ship from?

The products are shipped from third party suppliers from China.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 30 days money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product you can get a refund. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Once the product is returned, we will refund the money. In order to apply for a refund please e-mail a photo and/or video of the issue and your order number to info@gioqo.com.
