Refund Policy

We offer a 100% refund if the product is not as described or damaged within 14 days after delivery.

CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase

There are certain situations where no refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

REFUND PROCEDURE

If you want to apply for a refund or return follow these steps:

    1. Take a picture or video that shows the damage or issue

    3. Wait 1-3 workdays for a follow up
